Sumario:This article reports on the decision of Random House to join HarperCollins in bidding for the publishing assets of The Friday Project (TFP). Panos Eliades, partner at Panos Eliades, Franklin & Company, confirmed that the two trade publishers were looking to acquire authors and publishing rights in the portfolio of TFP. Clauses in TFP contracts stipulate that rights revert to authors in the event of the company going into receivership.
