One of the propositions on hermeneutics of suspicion mentioned holds that suspicious thinking must forever be iconoclastic. The author explains the view on hermeneutics of philosopher Karl Marx, neurologist Sigmund Freud and philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Another proposition maintains that the history of rhetorik becomes a history of fascism when read with even the slightest degree of suspicion. |
