| Sumario: | A literary criticism of the book "Don Quijote," by Miguel de Cervantes is presented. Examination of the vizcaino-episode is presented in view of the moro mentiroso-label adopted for Cide Hamete's characterization. Dueling has been prohibited under the Catholic laws for reasons of danger and for reasons of spirituality, the author said. He states that Cide Hamete's critical agenda implicates the dueling episodes since their causal effect is a miracle abuse. |
