The article presents two poems by Pierre de Ronsard. An untitled poem. First Line: As on the branch, in May, we see the rose; Last Line: That still in death thy body be a rose. An untitled poem. First Line: When you are old, by candlelight and fire; Last Line: Gather today the roses of the earth.
