Sumario:The article focuses on interaction design research. It explains that interaction design is mainly composed in the field of creating digital artifacts and examining the services provided to users of the services. The difference between interaction design and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is that interaction design is considered a design discipline. A model of interaction design research from the Umeå Institute of Design in Sweden is discussed. The research model focuses on design practice, design studies, and design exploration.
