| Sumario: | The article announces that the International Reading Association (IRA) is accepting applications for the selection of a representative to the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. The successful candidate will serve on one of the council's four boards. Applicants should be an active member of IRA for at least three years and must be available to serve a three-year term beginning in July 2009. Deadline for the submission of the application is January 15, 2009. |
