Sumario:	This article discusses an announcement by Google Inc. that it will develop its Chrome Web browser into an operating system, which will compete with Microsoft Windows. Differences between the Windows Corp. operating systems, which are personal computer centered, and Chrome, which will rely on Internet based applications, are noted. Innovations at Microsoft including a Web browser, called Bing, the Windows Seven operating system, and a cloud computing system are also noted.
