It is shown that a violation of the weak energy condition of General Relativity occurs at the horizon of the black string.
        Se ofrece una formulación para la teoría cuántica de campos en un espacio-tiempo curvado correspondiente a una cuerda cósmica negra, especificándose los resultados para campos escalares masivos. Se presentan y discuten las expresiones obtenidas para el valor esperado de vacío renormalizado del tensor de energía-momentum del campo escalar, y se demuestra que la condición débil de energía de la Relatividad General se viola en el horizonte de la cuerda.
