| Sumario: | The article discusses brain reorganization and what it is that makes human beings such social creatures, which makes them unique among other species. It has been argued that during the course of man's evolution, human beings developed a relational ability that is greater than that of other species. The size and regions of the human brain compared to that of apes is considered. Human evolution is discussed, particularly man's development as bipedal and how the human neck is different than that of other species of animal. Psychologist Leon Festinger's research on bipedalism and human evolution is discussed.
