Sumario:The article analyzes the Skillset report for the publishing industry. The report's findings suggested that publishers provide small wages, infrequent staff training, and have old-fashioned strategies to attract highly skilled and dynamic staff. It also noted that there is no sufficient digital competency in the industry. Graham Taylor of the Publishers Association (PA) noted that the report is negative and unrepresentative of the industry as a whole.
