Sumario:	The article offers the author's views on the use of pseudonyms of authors in blog or weblog and its anonymity. He questions the originality, collective ethics, and the authorial persona in blogging. He notes that diary and blogging are similar in some ways that need sincerity and authenticity which are important aspects in the culture of blogging. Moreover, he states that pseudonymous bloggers are at risk of identity theft or the loss of a job but blogs are also powerful venue of public debate.
