| Sumario: | The content of the “Principles of Administration in the face of Artificial Intelligence” addresses the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the discipline of administration and other areas of knowledge taught at the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Valle de Bravo, proposing an ethical and practical framework for its implementation. Five fundamental principles are highlighted: social benefit, where AI contributes to human and environmental well-being; transparency, which demands clarity in the operation of AI systems; responsibility, where it is established that developers must be accountable for their creations; equity, ensuring that there is no discrimination in the results generated by AI; and participation, promoting the inclusion of stakeholders in the design and use of these systems. The text emphasizes the application of AI in different areas of training in the areas of knowledge developed in the classrooms of the TESVB.
