Sumario:An essay is presented on law governing disputes. It offers history on legal culture in the context of Spanish legal document based on the book "Siete Infantes de Lara," which disclosed a new understanding and redefine the text of legal culture. The author clarifies that Infantes was considered ancient due to its identification of feud as in tenth-century content, thirteenth-and fourteenth-century, which have neither lawlessness nor primitivism.
