The MIS department and the Mayor's Office, together with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab, worked with Connected Bits to extend the CRM capabilities. It is noted that the app is available as a free download at the iTunes store of Apple and Boston is already working on the next generation of the app. |
