Sumario:As the Third Millennium approaches, Americans should assess what humans have accomplished in the present millennium and consider goals and resolutions for the future. Some 40 nations have official millennium projects, and if the United States follows in the tradition of its past national celebrations, it will establish a national commission to prepare for a Third Millennium Jubilee. Readers are invited to share their ideas about how the Third Millennium should be celebrated.
