Using the software, democracy activists in China and other authoritarian nations can swap encrypted files, send e-mails, or request Web pages without being detected by censors. Authorities in censoring nations can only identify certain IP addresses belonging to computers in a ever-changing “cloud” of IP addresses. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Article src: R language: English refInfo: copyright: @attributes: flag: N holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
