Sumario:The futurists and analysts at Social Technologies have conducted a number of explorations into the subject of trends affecting consumer life around the globe and have produced a list of “durable” trends that are sure to be significant over the next ten years and beyond. These trends are organized into five categories, namely, demography, increasing wealth, culture, infrastructure, and values, and the business implications for each of these trends are discussed.
