Sumario:Software programs are available that help taxpayers file their tax returns. The programs ask users a series of questions and provide assistance and advice on tax matters. The programs do the calculations and then print the tax forms. A return can be sent electronically to an accountant for professional evaluation or to the IRS. The IRS favors electronic returns because they reduce administrative costs.
