Drawing on a sample of available graphics libraries for MS-DOS computers, several desirable features are discussed. The emphasis here is on flexibility and ease of use. The tools reviewed are VG Volksgrapher, GraphiC, GraphPak Professional, Statistics Graphics Toolkit, and 3-D Graphics Toolkit. The overview reveals that the graphical support tools for different programming languages generally have quite limited capabilities.
