| Sumario: | During a three-month Fulbright award to India, the author had an opportunity to observe the country's educational and rehabilitation programs for persons with cerebral palsy. Similar to a trend which he observed among other rehabilitation programs, all of the programs for persons with cerebral palsy were initiated by the private sector, often by a family member of a child with cerebral palsy.
