Description
Summary:The establishment of an internationally connected electronic knowledge base by social work educators and practitioners could further the worldwide dissemination of information relating to social work. This Internet-accessible repository would permit the creation of a peer-reviewed electronic journal, instant retrieval of recent papers, sharing of electronic courseware, and archiving of research databases. In addition, it would provide a forum for tackling emerging social problems. Details of a proposed social work international informational resources linkage for the promotion of social work education and practice are provided.
