Gendered S(h)elves: Body and Identity in the Library.
The writer attempts to complicate the idea of the library as a space of uncritical identity formation. By articulating the library as a space of rigorous discipline and organization, an understanding can be gained of both the limits and the potentially libratory facets of library space.
