| Sumario: | The era of computerized trading has dawned at the Jakarta Stock Exchange, and the welcome result should be trading efficiency. The exchange has moved to a new building in Jakarta's central business district, where traders utilize a Windows-based program to access the new Jakarta Automated Trading System. Of most immediate importance is the improved efficiency in dealing with the increasing number of transactions. Other advantages of the new system are outlined. |
