The CCPP is expressly designed for a high degree of specialization because children and families require increasingly specialized assessment and therapeutic techniques. This specialty focus includes an orientation to principles of development and empirically supported interventions. The CCPP's faculty and students are involved in research and clinical efforts in the community and state in addition to activities in the program's training clinic.
