| Sumario: | The ability of handheld personal computers (PCs) to communicate with other computers will make them the hot electronic products of 1997. Hand-held PCs are able to use a special cut-down-to-size version of the popular Microsoft Windows 95 operating system, making information exchange much easier. Moreover, their increased computing power makes them very versatile, with their greatest asset probably being the power to send and receive electronic mail and even to browse the Internet. Some of the main drawbacks with these computers are outlined. |
