| Sumario: | The Handspring Visor is a Palm Pilot that can transform the PDA into anything designers can dream up—a cellphone, MP3 player, gaming platform, e-book, even a global positioning device—by inserting modules into its expansion slot, known as the Springboard. There are currently over 50 different modules on offer, but most have gimmicky gadgets. For instance, the eyemodule or digital camera attachment adds about two centimeters to the Visor's length and nothing to its weight. Downloading photos is easy with this device, but taking pictures can be more difficult. With no flash or zoom, it can be tricky, and one needs to find the right light and angle to take the pictures one wants. The eye module is not worth the price when all the customer receives is convergence.
