| Sumario: | The writers examine craniodental body mass estimators in the dwarf bushbaby (Galagoides), and they present possible explanations for the contrast in correlation coefficients between their findings and many previous studies. They conclude that a cross-taxonomic comparative study is the only way to determine whether lower body mass correlations in more limited taxonomic samples are a consequence of sampling error due to individual variation or are indicative of a bigger theoretical issue concerning scaling relationships. |
