Sumario:Universality of history, restitution and patrimony is a component of world culture and civilization and she is perennial - related to time (period) and space (geography). Romania has a little known and insufficient promoted tradition. World civilization of patrimony is personalized in all fields by foundations, toponyms and eponyms. We describe Arad's and Bucharest's exemples, as strategy, patterns and exemplifications of restitution in Romania after 1990.
