| Sumario: | The Maramures subdialect, last one discovered and accepted by the experts as the fifth Dacoromanian subdialect, presents, in the antroponimic area, a series of phonetic particularities which confers it a special status compared to other dialectal areas. In our research we have used the linguistic material contained in four volumes of the Romanian Linguistic Atlas on regions - Maramures (ALRR-Mar.), collections of dialectal texts as well as our own material, collected through dialectal surveys. The nouns, names of people are enclosed, from the perspective of phonetic phenomens, in the same general lines that characterize the Maramures subdialesct and that enclose this last one within the northwest dialectal area of Dacoromania.
