| Sumario: | The paper synthetically deals with Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia's personality and work, followed by his foundation: Central Hospital of Mental and Nervous Diseases. The authors present all the periods to bring into life this hospital: stages of juridic-legislative statement (1892-1906), substantiation and prognosis (1893-1906), housing project-architecture (1905-1907), and of building and equipment (1907-1923), as well as its inaugural and management (1923-1930), and finish with conclusions about this outstanding achievement. Al. Obregia's foundation - historical reality (de facto) is in contrast with by rights Gh. Marinescu's inadvertence, namely anachronism of eponymous confusion and failure for 75 years of Al. Obregia's inheritance - intention (1923-1951) and injustice (1951-1998) periods. By rights carrying out of Al. Obregia's restitution was realized in a 3 years period (1995- 1998), by a programme-strategy of officialization and institutionalization. Restitution of Al. Obregia's inheritance represents a pattern of applied and comparative history, patrimony, culture and civilization. Lucrarea descrie în sinteză personalitatea şi opera Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia, urmată de ctitoria sa: Spitalul Central de Boli Mintale şi Nervoase. Autorii prezintă toate perioadele care au condus la înfiinţarea şi funcţionarea acestui spital: etapele juridică-legislativă (1892-1906), de fundamentare şi prognoză (1893-1906), de proiectare-arhitectură (1905-1907), de construcţie şi dotare (1907-1923), precum şi inaugurarea şi conducerea spitalului (1923-1930) şi concluzii privind remarcabila realizare. Ctitoria Al. Obregia - realitatea istorică (de fapt) este în opoziţie cu Gh. Marinescu - inadvertenţa de drept, anacronismul confuziei eponimice şi esecul de 75 ani al restituţiei Al. Obregia - perioadele intenţiilor (1923-1951) şi nedreptăţii (1951-1998). înfăptuirea restituţiei de drept Al. Obregia s-a realizat în 3 ani (1995-1998), urmând un program-strategie de oficializare şi instituţionalizare. Restituţia mostenirii Al. Obregia reprezintă un model de istorie aplicată şi comparată, patrimoniu, cultură şi civilizaţie. |
