Sumario:The article presents information on the set of technical interoperability guidelines for personal telehealth systems being developed by Continua Health Alliance called Complementary Continua initiatives. The procedures done by Continua in developing the guidelines including use-case collection and extraction requirements are described. It discusses the end-to-end reference architecture that provides a high level structure and terminology for the guidelines.
