Sumario:The article discusses the renovation of two towers on Lakeshore Drive in Chicago, Illinois designed by architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The review of the structures conducted by the architectural firm Krueck & Sexton Architects, the decision to repaint the buildings, and and the restoration of the plaza at the base of the towers are examined. Glass replacement and lighting design are also discussed.
