Ochrobactrum anthropi and polymicrobial peritonitis in peritoneal dialysis: a resistance predictor.

A letter to the editor is presented in relation to the treatment of a 50 year old woman with terminal chronic renal failure secondary to immunoglobulin A (IgA) mesangial glomerulonephritis using the empirical antibiotic treatment is presented.
