| Sumario: | The article focuses on the countrywide radio network project in York County, Pennsylvania which enables 150 public safety and government agencies to communicate on a single radio system. Through a contract with Harris Public Safety and Professional Communications, a P25IP system was built wherein agencies are connected on one common Internet Protocol-based network. As a result, the county audio quality and functions were improved, including interoperability with surrounding counties and state police as well as tactical operations channels.
