| Sumario: | In this article, the author discusses the possible impact of an anti-trust claim against Microsoft Corp. on the release of its Windows 98 operating system in June 1998. The author highlights the effort of lawyer Joel Klein of the U.S. Department of Justice to halt the launch of the operating system through the claim. He asserts that Klein has sufficient evidence to justify the claim. The author concludes that Microsoft will find it hardest to compromise its right to keep adding features to the operating system. |
