ab: The article focuses on the impact of the 3rd i project in which a small camera was surgically attached to Iraqi-American artist Wafaa Bilal's back. The camera takes a still image every minute and uploaded it with its global positioning system (GPS) location to the Web site of Bilal. Majority of the images are found banal, though their non sequiturs and half-narratives are intriguing. The legal implications of this project manifest societal concerns on the proliferation of personal data on the Internet. Meanwhile, it points out that Bilal encountered the most amusing and trivial challenges other than physical and psychological stress in this project.
