Technical Note: Clinical Application of the Intensity Analysis Using the R Open Source Software.

One challenge for clinicians is to have practical and affordable tools at their disposal to analyze muscle function and the progress of their patients. The present paper introduces an interesting tool that, while mathematically complex, is quite useful and easily implemented. The analysis is introdu...

ab: One challenge for clinicians is to have practical and affordable tools at their disposal to analyze muscle function and the progress of their patients. The present paper introduces an interesting tool that, while mathematically complex, is quite useful and easily implemented. The analysis is introduced via an open-source, free software tool that is easily downloadable from the Internet (www.r-project.org), and we have provided the necessary code to run the analysis on any computer (see appendix).
