Sumario:	The article discusses the impact of the differences between two social dilemma situations to the emergence and stability of cooperation within pre-defined and self-selected groups. It tackles the social dilemma situation typology such as one in relation to natural resource systems and one involving contemporary housing condominium. It says that the willingness of a person to be a conditional cooperator can significantly facilitate self-administration of cooperation in self-selected groups.
