Sumario:	The article offers the author's insights on the rationality of modern philosophy based on the beliefs of philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel. The author states that the project of Hegel on a philosophy of modernity brought an end to the anti-modernist belief on modernity by philosophers such as Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche, Karl Marx, and Soren Kierkegaard. He states that Hegel believes that operations of reason could only be constructed through conscious awareness.
