In this study "Attitude Measurement toward Teacher Profession" which is developed by Üstüner (2006) is used as data gathering tool. The gathered data is analyzed by SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) package program. As a result of the study, it is found that the attitudes of teacher candidates toward teacher profession does not indicate a significant difference according to "under graduation department", "the department's order of preference in ÖSS", "gender", "the graduated high school" variables. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının ve formasyon programlarına devam eden Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmeni adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını çeşitli değişkenler açısından değerlendirmektir. Çalışmaya, Kafkas Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Bölümü 4. sınıf öğrencilerinden 64, aynı fakülte bünyesinde açılan pedagojik formasyon programından 60 olmak üzere toplamda 124 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Üstüner (2006) tarafından geliştirilen "Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPPS 17.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
