From these data, the enthalpy, Gibbs free energy and entropy were calculated to analyze the behaviour of these magnitudes with sorption properties of seeds. Se ajustan los valores de humedad de equilibrio de semillas respecto a la humedad relativa de la atmósfera exterior para dos especies vegetales. Para ello se utilizaron 3 modelos de equilibrio higroscópico mediante los cuales se simulan las curvas isotérmicas para diferentes valores de temperatura por vía computarizada.
