| Sumario: | The subject Engineering of Processes III distributes to the students of 5th year of Chemical Engineering of Course for Workers, making the integration of knowledge to diverse productive processes. As new features are the qualitative and quantitative determination of the environmental impact and the guarantee of the individual work of each student to make their variant and within the group for the decision making and the preparation of the closing report. This assures that the level of application of knowledge and individually reached development is similar, which was not obtained previously in the made works. The analyses are included in addition to: Power economy, Efficiency in boilers, furnaces, chemical heat exchangers, reactors, pasteurizers, heating engineers, etc.The environmental Education is included in these projects, by means of calculate of the contamination produced by burns of fuels and/or the diminution produced by: - The increase of the power efficiency. - Oil fuel substitution by less polluting fuels (natural gas). - Analysis of the remainders and their degree of danger. After two courses of application of these works of course one affirms that the student acquires a greater conscience towards these environmental problems, because they learns to detect them and to evaluate them as much quantitative as qualitatively, proposing solutions to diminish them. La asignatura Ingeniería de procesos III se imparte a los estudiantes de 5º año de Ingeniería Química de Curso Por Encuentros realizando la integración de conocimientos a diversos procesos productivos. Como novedades esta la garantía del trabajo individual de cada estudiante para confeccionar su variante y dentro del colectivo para la toma de decisiones y la confección del informe final. Esto asegura que el nivel de aplicación de conocimientos y de desarrollo alcanzado individualmente sea similar., lo cual no se lograba en los proyectos anteriores.Se incluyen además los análisis de: Economía energética, Eficiencia en calderas, hornos, intercambiadores de calor, Reactores químicos, pasteurizadores, calefactores, etc. y la Educación ambiental se incluyen en estos proyectos, mediante el calculo de la contaminación producida por la quema de combustibles y/o la disminución producida por: - El aumento de la eficiencia energética. - Sustitución de fuel oil por combustibles menos contaminantes (gas natural). - Análisis de los desechos y su grado de peligrosidad al medio ambiente, etc. Luego de dos cursos de aplicación de estos proyectos se afirma que el estudiante adquiere una mayor conciencia hacia estos problemas, porque aprende a detectarlos y evaluarlos tanto cuantitativa como cualitativamente, proponiendo soluciones para minimizarlos. |
