The findings suggested that the Health of the Nation Outcome Scales: Learning Disabilities, risk scores and hospital data were appropriate outcome measures, whereas the service user questionnaire and Maslow Assessment of Needs Scale: Learning Disabilities required shortening to be acceptable to clients.
