Sumario:The article discusses Ergo Sum, a Chilean feminist political and literary collective founded by Pía Barros that was created to expose human rights violations, challenge military censorship, and question the male dominance of the literary establishment. The author focuses on the group's work during the Chilean democracy of the 1970s and 1980s, arguing that its literary productions challenged the government as well as the art scene, sexist social mores, and the role of women authors.
