Summary:	The article discusses the effect of the U.S. government website Healthcare.gov's problems and the 2014 enrollment projections on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The author states that difficult enrollment procedures could cause only those with high medical costs to enroll than those who do not need immediate medical care, not to mention the bad publicity it has with right-wing groups. He also adds that open enrollment is delayed to November 15, 2014 which can increase premiums for 2015.
