As co-facilitators of the workshop, we engage in a collaborative autoethnography, reflecting upon some of the challenges of program development. We identify and explore three dialectical tensions in the process of collaboration: (1) independence and mutual dependence, (2) similarity and difference, and (3) openness and closedness.
