Summary:The article focuses on the performance of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR) in the initial public hearing in Huamanga, Peru and at the ceremony which marks the delivery of the "Informe" report. The CVR is formed by the government of President Valentín Paniagua in June 2001 to investigate the Guerra Interna events from 1980 to 2000. The CVR writing and performance are noted obeying the mandate of the Peruvian state and of the victims of the Guerra Interna.
