Žižek's Brand of Philosophical Excess and the Treason of the Intellectuals: Wagers of Sin, Ugly Ducklings, and Mythical Swans.
The article presents the author's views on work of Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek. The author turns to the comedic excess of Žižek's work for a mode of critique, which might counter the hegemony of neoliberalism. The author found that Žižek's filthy humor a novel is often misrecognized.
