| Sumario: | Intrduction: It is now estimated that around five million babies have been born worldwide since the first baby was born by assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The administrative and identity issues engaged in ART are the most important factors shaping individuals‘ personalities. Any defects in identity and its administration may lead to psychological disorders in adulthood. Therefore, proper administration and consultation are needed in this regard. Materials and Methods: This is a review study. Library resources and databases were searched through to find scientific papers related to the necessity of fertility service database for fertility and their administration. Results: According to the findings, there are 70-80 million infertile couples worldwide. A million and a half infertile couples live in Iran. Studies reveal that 1.2-3 million (15%) of Iranian couples suffer from infertility. Conclusion: As 10% (three million) of our married couples suffer from infertility, it is recommended that health authorities find a solution to resolve this problem. This percentage grows annually by 15%; thus, the number of referred patients significantly increases every year. According to the statistics, Iran is one of top 10 progressive countries in infertility treatments. Over 40 centers for infertility treatments are currently active in our country which will hopefully overcome the problems in infertility via appropriate coordination, consultation and administration.
