500 |a The Constitutional Court Review (CCR) is an international journal of record that tracks the work of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. The long essays, replies, articles and case comments use recent decisions to navigate more general currents in the Court’s jurisprudence. The Journal follows a strict double-blind, peer-reviewed editorial process. The CCR invites contributions from outstanding scholars but also considers unsolicited submissions that fit with the aims and scope of the Journal. It is published annually. Articles are published Open Access under a Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC BY).
